Mark Cho is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of B Capital, based in New York City. Mr. Cho is responsible for all legal, compliance and related strategic matters at B Capital.

Mr. Cho was previously the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Falcon Edge Capital, a global venture capital and public equities firm, where he led all legal and compliance related matters. Previously, he held similar roles at Tremblant Capital and Oak Hill Advisors. Mr. Cho also practiced as a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP where his practice focused on private funds, corporate transactions and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Cho is admitted to the bar of New York and holds a JD from Yale Law School, a MA from Harvard University and a BA from the University of Wisconsin.
