Brendon is a Senior Counsel in B Capital Group’s Legal Department, based in the firm’s New York City office.

Prior to joining B Capital, Brendon was an Associate in the Asset Management Department of Ropes & Gray, a global law firm. At Ropes & Gray, Brendon’s practice focused on counseling asset managers and private funds on formation, regulatory, transactional and compliance matters. He also advised clients on investments in cryptocurrencies, cryptocurrency fund formation, trading, custody and valuation issues, and the related regulatory and enforcement landscape, including analysis on compliance with SEC and CFTC rules.

Brendon received a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University and a B.A. from Loyola University Maryland.
