Chandan Deep is a Principal at B Capital, where she leads early and growth stage investing and portfolio value creation across India and Southeast Asia.

Before joining B Capital, Chandan spent seven years in management consulting at BCG and Accenture across India and the United States. She then joined Twitter as an early employee in Asia following its IPO, where she led strategy and operations before moving into a commercial leadership role, scaling the emerging markets business across India and Southeast Asia to a $100M+ annual run rate.

A strong advocate for women in tech, she has led Twitter’s women’s chapter in APAC and co-founded Connected Women, a leadership forum across major tech companies. She is also a founding angel at The/Nudge Institute and an executive charter member of TIE.

Chandan holds a B.A. in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies in Delhi. She is based in Singapore.
