Elice was born and raised in Jakarta and has lived in Surabaya, Malaysia, Seattle and New York. Prior to B Capital, she gained work experience in M&A with KPMG and as a management consultant at McKinsey. She also worked in a startup (Hypefast) and a VC (Northstar).
