Kate is a strategic investor relations and communications leader with a demonstrated track record of driving results across public companies, private firms, and venture capital portfolios. Most recently, Kate served as Head of Investor Relations and Communications at Vida Ventures, where she led the firm’s investor relations, fundraising, flagship events, and communications strategies, while also advising portfolio companies on their IR and corporate communications programs.

Before joining Vida in 2020, Kate built and executed investor relations and integrated communications strategies around groundbreaking therapies, including YESCARTA® (the first approved CAR-T therapy for relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma) and Jelmyto™ (the first and only non-surgical treatment for adults with low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer). She previously served as Head of Investor Relations at UroGen Pharma and was a key member of Kite Pharma’s Investor Relations and Communications team until its acquisition by Gilead Sciences in 2017. Earlier in her career, Kate held roles of increasing responsibility at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

Kate holds a B.A. from Cornell University College of Arts & Sciences and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
