She began her career in M&A with Standard Chartered Bank before moving into private equity with Standard Chartered Private Equity and Affirma Capital, where she focused on growth investments across Southeast Asia. More recently, Novia worked in-house with several high-growth startups, including Novi Health, Doctor Anywhere, and Flash Coffee, supporting them through scaling and fundraising.

Novia graduated with First Class Honours in Accounting from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where she studied on a full scholarship.
