Joanna Aarvold is an Executive Assistant at B Capital with over two decades of experience in commercial and operational roles, primarily in the finance sector in Singapore. She began her career in pharmaceuticals at AstraZeneca before transitioning into finance,
where she supported trading desks and senior leadership at UBS and hedge funds, including Lionhart and Millennium.

Over the last 14 years, Joanna has focused on operations and compliance, supporting C-suite executives at Ninety-One and Arbor Ventures. She holds a B.Sc. with Honors in Pharmacology from the University of Edinburgh.

She is based in Singapore.
