Annie Hersh is an Executive Assistant at B Capital, where she supports senior leaders across investment and operations teams. She brings more than 18 years of experience working with C-level executives in global investment banking, technology and venture capital with a focus on executive operations, cross-functional coordination and strategic administrative support.

Before joining B Capital, Annie held long-term roles at Deutsche Bank, Barclays and Forge Global, where she supported executive teams through IPO preparation, international expansion and major corporate transitions. Throughout her career, she has been known for navigating complexity, driving efficiency and building strong partnerships across organizations. Annie holds a B.S. in Business Management from Rutgers University.
