Qatar’s ambition to build a globally competitive AI and innovation ecosystem requires more than financial investment. It requires people with firsthand exposure to how technology is evaluated, commercialized, and scaled across leading global markets.
The Qatar–Singapore immersion program is B Capital’s contribution to that ambition. Designed as a selective, experiential learning opportunity, it connects emerging talent from Doha with B Capital’s investment platform, and with Asia’s most advanced AI and venture ecosystem.
THE EXPERIENCE
Global Venture Exposure
Observe and learn about how investment teams evaluate, gaining insight into how AI-driven companies are assessed, supported, and scaled across markets.
Cross-Border Immersion
The program includes time in both Doha and B Capital’s Singapore office, offering exposure to regional AI priorities, regulatory environments, and market dynamics.
Applied, Experiential Learning
Engage directly with real-world AI use cases, portfolio companies, and operational decision-making moving beyond theory to practice.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
The immersion program is designed for early to mid-career professionals based in Qatar who demonstrate strong intellectual curiosity and the potential to contribute meaningfully to the country’s long-term innovation capacity.
Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds in:
- Technology, AI, data, or engineering
- Product, strategy, or consulting
- Finance, venture, or adjacent policy roles
Applicants should have a demonstrated interest in AI commercialization, venture ecosystems, or technology-led growth, and be comfortable operating in cross-cultural environments.
