Joe Oleynik is an Associate at B Capital, where he focuses on investments in enterprise software and emerging technologies.

Before joining B Capital, Joe was an investor at DCVC, a deep tech venture firm, where he evaluated opportunities across AI, data infrastructure and applied science. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Union Square Advisors, advising software
companies on M&A transactions.

Joe holds a B.S. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University. He is based in San Francisco.
