Shwan Kazzaz is a Vice President on B Capital’s Healthcare team. He is focused on strategic minority and control investments in Healthcare IT and Digital Health companies. Shwan also partners with founders and leadership teams to help scale portfolio companies – supporting M&A, operational improvements and GTM optimization from early growth through scale.

Prior to B Capital, Shwan held Finance, Operations, and Commercial roles at Collective Health. Before that, he advised payer, provider and pharma clients at Bain & Company on growth strategy, organizational design and performance improvement. Early in his career, he held technology-focused roles across Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer Products and Medical Devices businesses.

Shwan earned a B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is based in San Francisco.
