Brendon Caione serves as Deputy General Counsel in B Capital’s Legal Department.

Before joining B Capital, Brendon was an Associate in the Asset Management Department at Ropes & Gray, a global law firm. His practice focused on advising asset managers and private funds on formation, regulatory, transactional and compliance matters. Brendon also counseled clients on cryptocurrency investments, cryptocurrency fund formation, trading, custody, valuation issues and the related regulatory and enforcement landscape, including compliance with SEC and CFTC regulations.

Brendon holds a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University and a B.A. from Loyola University Maryland. He is based in New York.
