Brian Alter is a Principal at B Capital, where he focuses on strategic growth investments.
Before joining B Capital, Brian was a venture fellow with Pear VC and evaluated investments as an intern with the U.S. government’s equity investments office. He previously led the Finance and Strategy function at Artsy and began his career in investment banking at Jefferies.
Brian holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. He is based in New York.
