Daisy Cai is a General Partner at B Capital. At B Capital, she has invested in and serves on the board of companies such as Reflection AI, EvenUp Law, DreamLabs, ChipAgents, Apptronik, Knox Systems, Profound Bio (acquired by Genmab in 2024), Insilico medicine (IPOed in Dec 2025), Solino, Tacta System, etc.

Daisy has nearly two decades of investment experience. She was formerly a Partner at SoftBank Vision Fund. She held investment director roles at Goldman Sachs and TA Associates. She started her career as a chip architect designer at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) in Silicon Valley. Daisy holds six U.S. patents in memory architecture design.

Daisy earned an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
