Emma is a Strategy & Operations Associate in B Capital Group’s New York office, focused on Deep Technology.

Emma joins B Capital from a B2B2C tech-enabled start-up based in San Francisco, where she held a role in Operations – She optimized user experience with Product and scaled processes, turning user-facing operational programs from loss in revenue to profitability. Previously Emma worked as a consultant at EY for four years, where she supported leading companies across industries to transform product lines, enable cross-functional teams, and grow the business from strategy to execution.

Emma has a B.A. in Statistics and Economics from the University of Virginia, and is pursuing a M.S. in Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She enjoys learning about Data Science from her part-time M.S. program and applying the learnings. She also enjoys weight-training, water-color painting, Muay Thai, playing guzheng and listening to audio books.
