Joanna Huang serves as a Senior Manager on the Talent Acquisition team at B Capital, where she oversees recruitment and HR business partnering across the Asia Pacific region. She plays a key role in sourcing top-tier talent and managing the full-cycle hiring process for investment teams, internal operations, and portfolio companies throughout APAC.

Prior to joining B Capital,  Joanna worked as a Senior Consultant at Morgan McKinley in both London and Singapore, specializing in talent acquisition for sectors including private equity, venture capital, consulting, investment banking, and other buyside firms.

She earned her Bachelor of Science with Honors in Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.

She is based in Singapore.
