Kabir Narang is a Founding General Partner at B Capital, where he co-leads the firm’s South and Southeast Asia team and cross border enterprise software investments.

Kabir has two decades of investing experience across B Capital, Eight Roads and Warburg Pincus. Prior to co-founding B Capital, he was Managing Director at Fidelity’s private investing arm, Eight Roads where he led investments in technology. He was a core member of the Regional Investment Committee, which evaluated investment opportunities across Asia, including India, Southeast Asia, China and Japan. At Warburg Pincus, one of the earliest private equity funds to invest in Asia, his work focused on tech and financial services investments.

A mathematician by training, Kabir earned a BA in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, India and an MBA from Oxford University. Outside of work, he is passionate about photography and reading. He is based in Singapore.
