Meg is B Capital’s Managing Director, Head of HR. She oversees strategic HR initiatives and talent acquisition needs across the global organization. With over 20 years of experience, Meagan specializes in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, cultivating high-performance cultures and implementing cutting-edge HR technologies. Her expertise extends to developing leadership pipelines, succession planning and navigating complex organizational transformations.

Before joining B Capital in April 2022, Meagan held leadership roles at Masimo, where she led Global Recruiting and at Western Digital, where she served as Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Her international experience includes heading Asia-Pacific Recruitment, Training and Events at Oliver Wyman in Singapore, providing her with a valuable cross-cultural talent management perspective.

Meagan earned a BS in Accounting from Providence College.

She is based in Los Angeles.
