Narmeen is Director of Strategic Operations, where she works closely with the COO and senior leadership team on firm strategy and operations. Prior to B Capital, Narmeen was a Consultant at BCG, where she worked across tech, healthcare and private equity. Prior to BCG, Narmeen worked in global health and international development with top-tier organizations (e.g., Gates Foundation, WHO, etc.) on pressing global health challenges, such as maternal health, access to vaccination, HIV/AIDS, and more. Narmeen also have experience working on access to medicines from the pharmaceutical, nonprofit and academic perspectives. Narmeen has worked across geographies, including in East Africa, South Asia, United Kingdom, Canada and the US. Narmeen holds a Masters in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
