Narmeen Haider is Vice President Strategy & Operations at B Capital, where she collaborates with the COO and senior leadership team on firm strategy and operations.

Before joining B Capital, Narmeen was a Consultant at BCG, working across the tech, healthcare and private equity sectors. Before joining BCG, she worked in the global health sector, collaborating with organizations like the Gates Foundation and the World Health Organization to tackle critical health challenges, including maternal health, vaccine access, and HIV/AIDS. Narmeen also brings experience in pharmaceuticals, nonprofits and academia, with a focus on improving access to medicines.

Narmeen holds a Master’s in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is based in San Francisco.
