Ragini Chawla is a Director of Strategy at B Capital, where she works with firm leadership on strategic initiatives, investments and portfolio value creation.

Before joining B Capital, Ragini was a Vice President at Trident, a middle market buyout firm, where she underwrote and managed investments across consumer, healthcare and industrials and led strategic initiatives across multiple funds. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Milken Institute’s Center for Financial Markets, focused on addressing global capital markets challenges through financial innovation.

Ragini holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from New York University. She is based in Los Angeles.
