Ronan Kennedy is a Managing Director of Capital Advisory & Corporate Development.  He advises portfolio company leadership on their most strategic transactions, including M&A execution, capital raising  and public-market readiness.  Ronan is also a contributing member of our firm’s Strategic Growth Equity team.

Before joining B Capital, Ronan helped build the private equity team at M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund, where he partnered with leading growth equity and buyout firms to invest into and help scale, large scale tech companies.

He previously served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and as an Associate at JPMorgan Chase.  Ronan began his career in the United States Army, where he served two tours leading soldiers on the fronts lines of Iraq.

He is based in San Francisco.
