Ronan Kennedy serves as B Capital’s Vice President of Capital Advisory & Corporate Development. In his role, Ronan partners with our portfolio company leadership to advise on financing and transactional needs. He focuses on transformative M&A, positioning for exits, and accessing capital on the path to being public.

Ronan joined B Capital from Microsoft’s venture fund, M12, where he built a team focused on partnering with and investing alongside growth equity  and buyout investors.  He previously served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and as an Associate at JPMorgan Chase. After undergrad, Ronan spent five years in the United States Army, where he served two tours leading soldiers on the front lines of Iraq.
